Interesting stuff.. We fixed the PCB, this is from 2009 so I guess it never took off.. anyone have the datasheet..

this Datasheet may be right --> http://www.spezial.com/commercio/dateien/produktbeitraege/DS_-_iNAND.pdf

Is from 2007 so could be same as yours Smile

How big was capacity for this case?

We saw this in a Garmin nuvi 200 GPS... it is just eMMC standard pinout and protocol.
