Some chips with same ID have two configs
With DDR = on, and with DDR = off
How to choose what config use?
Read dump with "DDR" option
Open dump with hex editor
If you see double bytes:
77 77 25 25 48 48 ec ec 9d 9d 38 38...
Then this is not DDR chip
Use config with DDR = off
if chip is DDR, but readed with DDR = off
You can see red / grey lines on ECC map:
