many times we are asked for getting agreed work done, but when finished, the customer wants a discount.
The video is a look at this problem, with solutions that involve both parties knowing what the outcome will be.
But basically, when you agree to do work, at the end if there is a problem, you say "F**k You, Pay me"
It is not meant to be nasty, but translates to "hey, I did my part, and we agreed on the terms, now you really need to pay me"

But he want discuss it by email or Skype
Because he need come to an agreement (in wich case money will be paid)
And get contacts of customer
