Many chips in NAND Reader database do not have Power field correctly filled

If you found correct power mod, please post in this topic
I will add them in database

Requirments:
1. Chip have name
2. Without power mod read bad
3. With power read better (you can see it on ECC map!)

Post:
1. Chip name
2. Chip ID
3. Number of banks
4. DDR or not
5. Power mod
