Hi,and good morning to all (and sorry for the bad English, it's not my main language).
I have here 3 flashdisks 32Gb, two uses Phison PS2251-30-5 controllers, and one uses SMI SM3257EN-AA-Q controller.
These 2 flashdisks with Phison controller are "locked" from distributors (they was originally used for distribute software, that actually is no more needed, so i want to "recycle" them for normal use if possible), and the other (ADATA 32Gb disk) i want to add a write-protect function to it (i want to use it for devirusing when i go around for assistance, and the only way for avoid that infected computers ruin the content all the time is to add a phisical write-protect switch).
Does anyone know what the WP pins are, for these 2 controllers ? (both are in 48-pins format)
I already searched using google, and from databases of specific datasheets, and also the manufacturers sites, but perhaps that these details are not publicly available (or maybe i'm just unable to find them) - for SM3257EN i only found a "brief" PDF, with no details, and for Phison, apparently they simply don't mention any WP pin (maybe it uses a software WP setting ?)
Thanks in advance for any possible help.

LOL - thanks, but i already know this ... i'm searching what is the WP pin on these controllers (i mean, the number of the pin that correspond to WP function)
EDIT --- i already excluded some of the pins of the SM3257EN, following the tracks that i can see, but the other tracks on the PCB are under the chips ... the pins that CANNOT be the WP pin are: 10 - 11 - 13 - 15 - 16 - 17 - 18 - 19 - 20 - 21 - 40 - 42 - 43 ... these are the only pins that i am sure they are NOT the WP pin, cause they are connected directly to the flash chips.
