The top two work, I damaged the NAND IC on the bottom one with tweezers. I'm still perfecting this.. the bottom one was my first try..

More Eye Candy, I had some spare Samsung MicroSD cards laying around the office..
You can see the two NAND banks, row, col, and page buffer. There are four NAND banks, the silicon is stacked similar to a stacked TSOP48 NAND chip, the wirebonds are shared (indented) between the two dies.
