Hi Guys,

I'm your latest newbie.... and when i say newbie i mean NEWbie..

I think your forums and community here are fantastic. I was wondering if you guys could recommend any books or literature I should be reading.

I have been given the task of reading and erasing various NAND flash chips at work.

This has given me the itch and I'm really interested in learning about data recovery and how memory works.

Even if you could recommend any online resource that I can learn from, free preferably (I'm Scottish Wink ) but I would be willing to pay for some good info.

Cheers!

Start like the rest of us, buy inexpensive low capacity drives and solve them..
granted when I started most controllers used easy designs.
