Hi Guys,
I have a Nokia E71 for recovery (phonebook)
It has a DDR SDram-NAND flash combo IC.
I have the pinout, see attached, but the controlling signals are somewhat different than the usual NAND signals.
It might be 'toggleDDR' interface, or something else, does anybody have info on timing?
