Solution is on photo!
Please make it with high resolution
Best way is to use document scaner

I offer a larger picture for you . but I don't think it useful.
Too many pins are not correlative.

Pinouts (picture is on the right):
D0 - 14
D1 - 5 (?)
D2 - 6 (?)
D3 - 15
D4 - 3
D5 - 4 (?)
D6 - 10 (?)
D7 - 20 (?)
CE - 13 (?)
RE - 16
VCC - 23
WE - 7
ALE - 17
WP - 8
RB - 9 (?)
CLE - 19
VSS - 26
N/C - 12, 24, 25, 27
N/C - 18 (?)
short circuit - 1, 2, 11, 21, 22
Marked as "(?)" that mean I'm not sure 100%.
If someone could check this by multimeter that would be great.

book14 can you check this once more?

4 with 42 (TSOP)
5 with 28 or 30 (TSOP)
etc...
