NOTES 4184:
1) Using model Monolith SD_1 we see correctly MBR as well all directory are green but all files inside directories are demaged.

All dirs headers is OK
But all files header is wrong
Possible that this is virus that encrypt data
Or customer use encryption software

You can move to Archives - customer confirm that he use Dell Encryption software
