Layout SM3257 1130 Xor b36e_256 fits but XOR is wrong because page size is 0x3000
I think once XOR is fixed it will be recoverable.

Close thread.. I'm pretty sure the layout is SM3257 1130 Xor b36e_128 v5 Mod
Client sent the media somewhere else and the drive is missing a flash memory chip.
NAND is: Micron MT29F64G08CBEFB - 1CE/Single Channel [MLC-12K]
