Sir ,
According to what i have learned 18x14 is BGA152 and 18x12 is BGA132 right ,So we are talking about a BGA132 socket here ,BGA152 should not fit into this

It's the same pinout, the extra pins are for ground, you can use the larger socket with the smaller chip, you just need to center the smaller chip in the larger socket.

Well,
i do understand this but i am asking this is For BGA 132 only and BGA 152 will not fit into it right or wrong

You can use our BGA-152 socket with 152 and 132 chips
Just check chip dimensions
if chip have same size, can use socket
If chip is bigger, can not use socket
if chip is smaller, can use socket. But need center it. This is painfull
