I have microsd where chip ID is 45 3e 9b 92 (1x 64GB). Device is 128GB.

Cant find 2nd bank.

Looking at similar case properties of http://flash-extractor.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8067 Sergey wrote :

Join_CE 1-2-3-4 will work only if you connect CS1, CS2, CS3, CS3
If only CS1 connected, there will be no difference

But http://www.flash-extractor.com/manual/wire_adapter/ there is no CS signal. Does he mean if you connect CE1, CE2, CE3, CE3 ?

assuming pinout is 3x7, 3 rows of A-B-C-D-E-F-G
I tried connecting 2nd CE to free pads but no 2nd bank, though with CE2 connected to pad D3, NR shows 2nd bank as 00 00 00 00. If I set Join CE as 1-2-3-4, 2nd bank goes back to FF FF FF FF.

do I need to connect R/B2 together with RB1

not sure where 2nd bank is.

No
RB1 to RB1
RB2 to RB2

Or use Ignory_Busy option
