Block Size 0x1800000
Even blocks have alot of bit errors
And possible writed in SLC mode
Odd blocks is OK
Writed in WL mode
Have some bad bytes
But there is mix between even and odd blocks
So we can not recover any data

Case solved by remote support. I was able read it correctly. Here is the model. You can mark it as solved.
