Hello.
I have pendrive Kingston 128 GB.
IS918-FN12R + 2x FT64B08UCM2-31 TSOP48.
I can't find any usable information about this NAND chip.
For start I want to make dumps. "Auto find chip" finds nothing.
I tried read it as Micron 64GB , or few others - no luck. Tried both chips.
Also tried with 2,4V and 1,8V with power adapter.
I'm just starting and this is my learning case, so it is not very important.
But I wonder if anybody read this model and what to do if there is no model like mine in database.
(I tried with some different pendrive and "auto find chip" works, so reader is OK)
Thanks for any suggestions.

Does the chip ID?
What is the package of the chip (eg: BGA-132, BGA-152, etc)
Maybe it is a NV-DDR3 NAND chip from Micron that requires separate VccQ and Vcc voltages.. (ie: Vcc = 3.3 and VccQ = 1.2)

Package is TSOP48.
I get incorrect ID like:
30 30 30 30
00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00
I change for example to 16 bit or different voltage, and get something else but still wrong, like
d7 d7 d7 d7
00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00
I have got working pendrive kingston 32 GB with identical PCB and IS918-FN12 (not -FN12R), but different flash chip (1x HVKKFJK). I have measured voltages.

If you use ChipGenius or usbflashinfo does it give you the ID of the NAND chip?
