I have two NAND chips that are giving me an ID of 98 00 b0 82.
Does anyone know what this means or how to get the correct ID ?
Chip details:
1) Sandisk 16G TSOP
X927144911
0166
M1924MCE7CP9
2) Unknown 8G TSOP
HVLJ4FC
M217100
h3CST
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Usually means there is an issue with the NAND memory chips logic, try power mod, otherwise the chip is probably dead.
