I tried model, but cr2 files wasn't recovered normally.
I think layout is SM2236G AC v2.

Look ECC map of 03_01
It is 100% red
Each page in 03_01 dump start from 30 30 30 30 ..
This mean that RB signal is not connected
Clean chip pads and reread chip
If not help, set Ignory_Busy = On
