This is the custom MicroSD card I was talking about that uses a special unsupported read protocol.

Notes:
Read with my NR software using STD Hynix Column Mode
1.8v NAND chip read with 3.3v
I don't think the card uses RR because the number of bit errors is pretty low but I can't say for sure.

Page Size: 18080 Bytes (It's really 18048 Bytes)
Loops after =  0x400000 physical pages
Pages per block = 0x100
Number of groups = 0x400 Groups
 
Each Group Contains:
SLC:
3 Good blocks per group
13 Bad blocks per group
= 16 Blocks per group
= 0x300 Pages per group
= 0xC00 Blocks per NAND
 

STD:
5 Good blocks per group
11 Bad blocks per group
= 16 Blocks per group
= 0x500 Pages per group
= 0x1400 Blocks per NAND

Let me know your thoughts if you can make a layout for it or if I didn't read it properly.

My two cents:

1 - ID: ad 5c 14 63
1 - dump

page: 18080 - for this chip should be 18048 - it is enough
block: 256p probably
sector: 1116_12 or 1128 depends of name. On every sector there is 12 empty bytes after xor
XOR: 5061FD, 256p?

ECC after XOR.
Probably this chip will need RR too.
IMHO config is little wrong for this chip.
