The chip blew up on me, so here are my notes in case anyone encounters it again.
Chip is divided into 4 parts the middle two are empty:
1: Pages 0x000000 - 0x082c00
2: Pages 0x100000 - 0x182c00
3: Pages 0x200000 - 0x282c00
4: Pages 0x300000 - 0x382c00
