  • Flash type : USB PenDrive
  • Flash chip name: SanDisk Cruzer Blade
  • ID : 45 c7 98 b2
  • Bus : 16 bit
  • Controller : SanDisk 82-00199-3 S950-V44200
  • Flash chips amount : 1
  • Dumps amount : 1
  • Totall size: 4 Gb

There are strange pages inside dump - cannot find correct layout for this. If you can look - there are similar case from same controller already:

P.S

AU6389 528 - 1084/2000
MS_1 528 - 267/2000
MS_1 528 4_1ea - 267/2000

Dumps uploading

P.S
Bus was set at 16 Bit at start - without this even ID cannot be readed

In dump from other reader in each 4 bytes missing two
In dump made with our reader in each 4 bytes missing 3

Bus was set to 16-8

Can try:
Bus = 16
DDR = on

Hello,

Uploaded to container few files for check:

16it_DDR = readed with 16 bit bus and DDR ON
16bit_noDDR = readed with 16 bit and DDR OFF
16bit_DDR_PowerMod = readed with 16 bit, DDR ON and Power Mod 1/0x80a8
16bit_noDDR_PowerMod = readed with 16 bit, DDR OFF and PowerMod 1/0x80a8

Are you able to check ?

DDR on / DDR off dumps must have other differences
http://www.flash-extractor.com/manual/ddr_bus/

But we have only 2 bytes shift at start of page
And we still do not have 2 bytes from each 4 group

I understand..
Our reader do not support Bus=16 + DDR=On

If your other company reader support this mode, you can try make dump on it

Already tried all possible options including own reader made on Arduino - all brings same problems.

Seems it's old SanDisk when they have been not part of ONFI and they use diffrent schemes for reading. If rememebr good it was partially encrypted by adaptive XOR so even if we will read it correctly we will stuck again.

Thank you for your time - you can close this case
