I do not know how to make a dump with 16 bits.

I'm sorry, but we not have 16-bit pinout for this chip. But I must find donor and make some research in the end.

If you did not connect D8 - D15 and this is 16bit chip then dump will not be useful

I can not idenify controller in this card

If you want, you can try find donor
And write with 77 pattern for research
