Model "Monolith Micro SD 2 v2" match

With limit = 8 GB, i get next results

ECC = off
broken 978 good 3

ECC = check
broken 411, good 630

Can not make better

I see now. I have only created image with ECC = off, because dump is already ECC-corrected.

Please explain this situation.

I will save new image and check results.

Saved new image with ECC = check.

It made a big difference. I've got full file system structure now, ExFAT Smile

Good news!

Why this happen:
Some sectors with wrong or system data have red ECC
It will help filter this sectors

is the different result because first ECC corrected dump was not ECC optimized?

First we make ECC Fix

After it we save image
We get different results with ECC = Off, and ECC = Check

Optimization like best RR, and best voltage to get the cleanest read

Only set ECC = Check give better result
