Hi,
I have an unusual question.
I am working on a Siemens PLC where the NAND is faulty but the boot block is still good. If I put into programming mode I would able to overwrite the user area where the project is downloading if the NAND wouldn't be faulty. Luckyly I still have the boot block perfect so I decided to buy another (new) flash and copy it and after I can reprogram it and it should work. My question is:
Is it possible to read the following NAND on the reader and copy the content to another flash? Any idea what could be the page size?
This is a 8 Megabit (1M x 8) flash 5Volt
Manufacturer: Hyundai
PN: hy29f080t-90
Package: TSOP40 Standard Package
